On the 13/10/21, 20 delegates from several local authorities across North and Mid Wales attended our virtually held POST COVID-19 TELEPHONE DEBT COLLECTION workshop, delivered by Allan Traynor IRRV (Hons).

The workshop provided an understanding of the key features and skills required to achieve successful payment negotiation with debtors using the telephone, with focus upon:

-Personal development of communication, negotiation and listening skills

-How to maximise debtor contact using the telephone

-How to manage different debtor behaviours

We would like to thank each delegate and their respective council for their continued support of these events. Furthermore, we would also like to thank Allan Traynor and the IRRV for their outstanding training and co-operation.

On the 11/08/21, a total of 11 delegates from several local authorities across North and Mid Wales attended our virtually held Council Tax “A-Z” course, delivered by Janet Alexander IRRV (Hons) of IRRV.

Areas such as Valuation, Liability, Discounts, Exemptions, Billing and Enforcement were covered, providing new recruits with an excellent foundation to their careers in revenues.

We would like to thank each delegate and their respective council for their continued support of these events. Furthermore, we would also like to thank Janet Alexander and the IRRV for the outstanding training and co-operation.
