Dealing with customers with debts Rob Sandells from StepChange
Our first meeting for 2013/14 will take place at Swale Borough Council (Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne ME10 3HT) on 17th May 2013 at 2pm.
It will be a chance to hear Rob Sandells from debt charity StepChange talk about how we can help customers who are in debt. With the impacts of welfare reform and council tax collection both much in the news recently there should be plenty to talk about, and we anticipate that this will prove popular with both our revenues and benefits colleagues.
We realise it has been quite a while since our last meeting meeting and it would be great to see as many Members and Non-Members as possible attending.
